What our guests says about facilities

Niseko Grand Hotel offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Relaxing Onsen Experience

The onsen at Niseko Grand Hotel was absolutely very nice! Open almost 24/7, it offered a mixed-gender open air bath that felt magical surrounded by snow. I visited multiple times a day before breakfast and after skiing - it truly helped me relax and unwind.

Delicious Breakfast Buffet

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a great spread of mostly Japanese food with some Western touches. The view from the restaurant on the top floor was stunning, making my meals even more enjoyable.

Charming Traditional Room

I stayed in a Japanese-style room that had a unique charm despite appearing a bit dated. The blend of traditional design with a Western-style bed created a cozy and authentic experience during my visit.

Convenient Shuttle Service

The free shuttle bus to the nearby ski resorts made getting to the slopes very easy. It was especially helpful after a long day of skiing, as it ensured I could return to the hotel comfortably. A definite plus for any winter sports enthusiast!
